For the coleslaw:

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation Steps

  1. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a pot with chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Remove chicken and shred with two forks.

  7. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar.
  8. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
  9. To assemble: Place pulled chicken on a tortilla, top with coleslaw, and roll tightly.
  10. Store chicken and coleslaw separately. Assemble wraps fresh when ready to eat.
